They offer a few decent vegan choices. I tried the Tofu Scramble Toast, while also tasting the Guacamole. The tofu scramble was quite bland and dry, though the guacamole was flavorful and generous in portion — especially for the price. Combined together, the two worked well, but the toast on its own wouldn’t be something I’d order again.

Sage was an incredible brunch spot! Lots of vegan options including pancakes, tofu toast, açai bowls, and fresh juices. I went for the brunch set meal option which included a coffee, juice, a sweet option, then a savoury option for $23.

Really enjoyed this place, went here 3 days in a row for brunch! If you get the avocado toast, they can swap the egg for scrambled tofu. The tofu is so flavourful, they do an excellent job with it. They also have oat milk for coffee
