This is one of my favorite restaurants in town. They have a clearly marked vegan section on the menu. I typically order the Channa masala which is always delicious. The baingan bharta is also really good. We also order the roti without butter. My husband who is Omni always orders the malai kofta which he says is the best thing on their menu and it’s vegetarian. They also serve these little crackers/chips with dipping sauce while you wait that is amazing. I highly recommend this place.
My only complaint is that their cook/chef is so SLOW! I don’t know if they make everything to order or what, but I’ve never been to a restaurant that can take over 30 mins to make your food even when there’s hardly anyone there. But this place always takes forever, so be prepared to wait. I hope they eventually start premaking their main entrees.

Saffron has a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. The staff is very helpful as well.
