Favorite vegan restaurant ✨ - Edit
Sabia plant based eatery has been my go to restaurant for my birthdays, to celebrate any achievement or just to spoil myself with yummy comfort food. I’ll take any excuse I can get to visit Sabia. My favorite plate is the truffle mac n cheese burger 🍔 but everything I’ve tried from the menú has not disappointed!

Good food, nice staff - Edit
My daughter and I (both vegan) checked out this place based on good reviews and attractive photos on their website. It was a 15-minute rideshare drive away from our hotel and there wasn’t anything around it except banks and other corporate businesses so it was a little disappointing to travel so far and then just get back in a rideshare to head back after. But the food was pretty good. We had the spring rolls, the Pad See Ew, and the Truffle Mac Cheese. I wanted to try the ramen but the server informed me they didn’t have chopsticks and sorry — I just cannot eat ramen without chopsticks! ; ) The Pad See Ew was okay. Definitely not like what you’d get if you order Pad See Ew at a Thai restaurant but it was still tasty and not too greasy which was nice. We got drinks from the refrigerated unit but they didn’t have any ice so my daughter has to drink hers warm. That wasn’t great. And the bathroom didn’t have any paper towels. Besides these supply issues (chopsticks, ice, paper towels), it was a pleasant space to dine in and it was full of people by the time we left. Worth making a stop here if it’s along the way of your route!

Love this place - Edit
I loved this place for casual lunches and breakfast. I love the Ramen noodles and their desserts are heavenly. Note: the address on this app is their old address from when they were in a food truck. They’re very close to the same place, but it’s better to type in Sabia in the GPS than to go to the food trucks. We almost didn’t find the place until we did that.

Lots of options to choose from!
Read moreFrom pastas, to different bowls, asian inspired dishes, aguacate relleno, burgers, pizzas, and desserts. I had the truffle mac and cheese, spring rolls, and a guava baklava. My mom had the stuffed avocado and a regular baklava.

Flavorful and fresh - Edit
This is a restaurant now, not a food truck. Great variety of dishes, it was hard to choose! The pad see ew and spring rolls were delicious. There was a selection of uniquely flavored hot sauces to choose from. Parking tip: park as if you are going to the bank in a visitor spot.

Vegan Food On Wheels - Edit
Sabia Plant Based Eatery is easily accessible on foot or car. The food truck sits on a gas station pump with a mini oasis for foodies. At first glance, Sabia is inviting with a beautiful herb garden below the menu board (PHOTO). The service lacks passion for what is being served, recommendations are vague and dull. As for the dishes, the plating of the meals is usual, nothing eyecatching. The flavor ranges from adequate to needs improvement yet Sabia delivers great fresh produce. All in all, improvement is all needed if the prices stand firm I expect better results down the line for overall taste and plating.

Me encanta el Mac & Cheese Burger y el boricua. También el Manposteado con plantanos dulce y los otros platos que he probado. Recomiendo que se den la vuelta.
