Good airport vegan option

Staff was friendly and made suggestion to get veggie fajita bowl without dairy (queso fresco, baja sauce). I added salsa (free) and a tortilla ($1). It already includes tater tots, which gave it a nice breakfast feel. Much more flavor than expected, and thoroughly satisfying.

One or two options for vegans

I had a layover at IAD and got two black bean tacos here. It was pretty good, but the queso on it has to be omitted to make it vegan. Paired with the mild green sauce, it hit the spot.
