Knowledgable staff with a clearly marked vegan section. The waiter went out of their way to veganise an option we wanted! Fair price and good meze bits. The reviews put me off before heading in but super yummy hummus pitta and dolomades 🥰

I went here with my non vegan partner. We shared the hummus and pitta bread to start, then I got the veg giouvetsi for a main. There was a separate menu for vegetarian and vegan. The staff were very helpful but the food could maybe have had ore flavour... nice atmosphere and located in the old town.

Disappointing, tasteless food - Edit
The restaurant had a nice vibe and the staff was friendly, helped when we had questions about the vegan options. However, the food was tasteless for both of us. I had stuffed vegetables, the flavours were not that bad, but there was too much sour cabbage on the side and didn't have any potatoes, like it usually does. Quick note for people who don't like dill -like I do -their stuffed vegetables had so much in it, I couldn't finish it. My boyfriend had a vegan pizza. The staff accommodated for his requests to change ingredients, but the pizza didn't seem to have much tomato sauce and didn't taste like anything more like a dry cracker with some vegetables on it.

There's a separate vegan/vegetarian menu to ask for but vegan dishes not clearly marked so settled for spaghetti with veg in tomato sauce and on ordering was told no cheese when I asked so assumed ok.

They have traditional greek dishes which they make vegetarian. It‘s just the meal without the meat.
Read moreI liked the vegetarian moussaka. We don’t recommend the vegetarian stifado (which is vegan), unless you really like tomato sauce with small onions in it. The appetizers we haven‘t tried, but they sound delicious.
Prices are okay/normal for Rhodes, about 8-12 Euro for one dish, about 4-8 Euro for one Meze/Appetizer.
Pros: They have a vegetarian card (ask for it), The vegan options are marked

Separate vegan and vegetarian menu although some dishes with feta were marked vegan so make sure to double check with staff. Staff were happy to answer questions and food was tasty. The hummus and pita were excellent.

We have both vegans and meat eaters in our group so all we’re happy with this place. The vegan moussaka was very good and I had a bite of the one with meat and like mine better. With a mixed group this restaurant gave everyone the option they liked.

A good option for veggie Greek - Edit
A great option if you are looking to have vegetarian alternatives to traditional Greek cuisine. We had the vegetarian mezze which included 3 traditional Greek dishes, and the (not so traditional) Greek vegetarian spaghetti with feta and olives. Both delicious and in a great location of central old town. Busy and popular with a really nice vibe and super friendly staff. Worth a visit if you are veggie or vegan visiting the old town.

Rustico had a separate vegan and vegetarian menu with loads of options! No meat alternatives but lovely vegetables and dips. Pizza has vegan cheese but no option for vegan cheese elsewhere. Can ask to veganise many dishes too. I had the greek salad without the feta and hummus and pita bread which was so filling and lovely!
