Expensive. - Edit
I paid 4400 Costa Rican Colons for a vegan burger that was far below average in quality, freshness or taste. Will definitely not eat here again during my stay in Jaco.

Way worse than I tought - Edit
The menu has changed, it is still kind of similar to the previous one I saw on here however since its my first time here I wasnt sure if the food has changed with it. And honestly I think it did... and not for the better. Me and my partner ordered some nachos, a burger and a burrito. The nachos was literally a heated up tortilla sliced in 8 pieces with vegetables we had to choose from which wasnt many and it ended up being a salad. The burrito was basically the same as the nachos but with rice and beans wrapped. The burger was more decent than the rest of the food but still lacked effort in flavor. Its not cheap either this is food you would eat if you were desperate or lacked options entirely. It really REALLY lacked creativity and flavor. Very disappointing.

Rip off - Edit
The place is run by a quite slow or possible high reggae guy. The portions were small and a bit boring. The prices in the menu looks reasonable but it is because the taxes are not included in the menu and instead he will add it when you have to pay. After paying the overpriced bill, we asked him for an official receipt but he gave us a handmade one, so that means he is not really paying taxes, lying about it and keeping the extra charge for himself. That is why he only excepts cash. After we confronted him, he admitted it and we refused to pay the extra charges. At the end we paid less than the made up price but he still charged us more than the real price.

love rugula! - Edit
My husband and I had lunch here and it was the most amazing vegan burrito I've ever had. Felix, the owner, knows a lot about vegans and double checked all ingredients I wanted included/excluded in my meal. He also whipped up some vegan patacones that were the best I've had in my entire life. The food is all organic and freshly prepared. Their menu labels what can be made vegan. Lots of options here- quesadillas, burritos, bowls... you name it! Definitely worth a stop! Wish I could give this place five stars!
