Authentic Thai food in Antigua! - Edit
Delicious, authentic Thai food! Tucked away near Iglesia de la Merced, this little eatery is a gem. After speaking to the owner, Pablo, he decided to make me a tofu Pad thai. It was equal parts sweet, sour, and spicy and definitely hit the spot. Pablo says that he is able to make the curries vegan, just ask for no fish sauce. I washed down the pad thai with a tamarind juice, delicious!
Read morePablo is Guatemalan and his wife is Thai. They are very friendly people who are passionate about Thai food - they lived in Thailand for around 20 years, so you know the food will be good! They are so well travelled, ask them for some travel tips!
I also had the mango sticky rice -the mango was divine-sweet and juicy. A great way to round off the night!
