Super friendly & amazing food! - Edit
I love Ruan Thai Hut for their indoor and outdoor seating, yellow vegan curry with tofu, and the raw papaya salad. The staff is so friendly. The Thai salad is great too which I sub avocado for the egg. We have also enjoyed the massaman curry dish. Be sure to ask for the brown rice which is excellent. The white and black rice which is standard is nice too, but if you like brown rices, this one is fantastic.

The food here is amazing. My favorite vegan option is the tofu pad thai , hold the egg! They can also make curries out of coconut milk instead of cream!
