Okay for a night out with meat eaters - Edit
Has some vegan options and the food tasted ok. Nothing special, not very authentic, pricey. They weren't willing to mix and match on my request (which is their right, of course) so had to stick to the very limited options they had, e.g. mock duck curry that was supposed to be thai but tasted more indian.

Great Vegan option - Edit
We needed a break from the typical resort food and thanks again to Happy Cow and reviewers, we found this place. We had Szechuan mock chicken and the Thai Curry duck. Wow!! Huge portions. Comes with rice and or potato. Ample free parking and full bar. Nice people too!

Not what I expected... - Edit
We ordered delivery during lockdown: mock duck in black bean sauce, wontons, and sweet and sour mock chicken.
Read moreThe sweet and sour chicken pieces were supposed to be battered but we were just given the same seitan used in the mock duck dish. I was pretty disappointed with that. The restaurant told me they don't make a vegan batter (literally flour and water, oh well) so beware if ordering this dish.
As for the food, other reviewers often mention the serving sizes are huge, which they are if you are only looking at the rice because they give you a tonne of it (we ate just the rice over 3 meals because we had that much of it). I would have rather had more vegetables. Each meal (very large rice and fries and medium sized stir-fry) was $19 each which is expensive for mostly rice. In addition, the quality just wasn't there. The sauces were watery and the sweet and sour was made with chilli sauce. The oil used in the fries tasted awful and I wonder if it was fried with meat or they just used frozen fries. In any case, I've had a lot better Chinese food and this place unfortunately didn't hit the spot for me.

Great vegan entrees - Edit
The appetizers like the gyoza and dumplings were filled with what seemed like frozen veggies like corn- peas, and green beans which just seemed weird... but the entrees were great and huge portions. We highly recommend the sweet and sour chick’n. Yum

lots of vegan options - Edit
This is expensive, as everything in the island. But they do have a variety of vegan options, meat replacements and tofu everywhere. They also serve meat :(

Veg Chinese Food! - Edit
Saw this place listed on here with veg options but no former reviews and decided to give it a try anyways... I ended up eating here 4 times during my 5 day stay in the area. Had to drive about 15 mins from the Hilton I was staying at but it was worth it every time. They use seitan/wheat gluten as their veggie chicken (which is scarily realistic!) and they make all of their own sauces. They were very willing to tell me the ingredients in all of the dishes. Sweet and Sour Veggie Chicken I ordered twice... HUGE portions. Staff is amazingly friendly and answered all of my questions. Potatoes are like French fry wedges and owner told me they were not fried in the same oil as any meat. Fried rice doesn't come with any egg and white rice has no butter. This place is a hidden gem. They serve meat as well so a great place to dine in with a group of people if they are not veg, and everyone has options to choose from.
