small authentic Italian pizza - Edit
I tried their Mariana slice, the mushroom, and the rugula with tomato and balsamic. As crazy as it may seen the Mariana one was the best ! Just the tomato sauce and the though was enough! I usually like to blend a lot of flavors but no need here!
Their dough is fermented for 72 hrs to aid digestion and they use a quality wheat blend. This place is better than the Primo Basilica place that had more vegan options.

Quality Pizza Slices - Edit
Romana Pizza is 2 blocks from where I am staying in Lisbon. I stumbled across them and noticed that they were certified organic, using whole milled flour and had vegan options. They serve pizza slices and you can eat at the counter (standing) or take away. Great service, nice hours and an ever changing variety has made me a daily customer. They have the most vegan options earlier in the day and as they sell out they have less of everything.
Pros: Great service, Nice hours, Fresh, organic, tasty
Cons: late in the day the selection can get smaller, not fully vegan/veg
