Empanadas - Edit
Vegan empanadas, about the only choice in town. Coffee is decent, good if the owner makes it. You don't get judged for eating vegan or drinking coffee here as you do in other establishments in town. Great people, I hope they make it.

We stopped in so my boyfriend could get a tea, and I was so surprised and happy they had vegan options, I ordered an empanada even though I wasn’t hungry! I got the shepherds pie, really tasty and super flaky crust. So glad we found this cute little spot.

What a surprise to be able to find a spot for vegan options for our drive home from Bryce! The owner was lovely, and there were 2-3 vegan empanada options, a couple vegan muffin options, and plant based milks for lattes and such! The empanada was flaky and yummy, but the crumble on the apple muffin was the winner for me! Service can be a bit slow, but that’s because she’s brand new and doing things solo! And it’s worth it.
