The veggie menu is false - Edit
They sell 4 different types of "veggie burgers", 2 of which are supposed to be with the trademarked "Incredible burger" patty. We even called them beforehand and made sure they have the "meaty kind" and they reassured they have it. We ordered two different burgers with that patty, turned out they were both pure falafel. We complained and the staff (including the chef) just said that it is what it is and that they're not false advertising. Eventually they gave in, (hopefully realized their mistake) and we didn't have to pay for the burgers...

We have 4 Veggie Burgers. Spinach Burger, Portobello Mushroom Burger, Incredible Burger and Quinoa Burger. We operate to very high standards and have 14 Vegetarian Sauces plus Guacamole and Ketchup. On the day you arrived at the restaurant we had just a run on our Incredible Burgers earlier in the day and were out of those patties. Our staff explained this two you and served you a Quinoa patty. We now hold larger stocks of the Incredible Burgers so we are never out of stock. Your complaint is the only complaint we have had on our Vegetarian Burgers in 7 years! In good faith and because we care deeply about all our customers we didn't charge you for your meal, you got EVERYTHING FREE! We welcome you back anytime, Pura Vida.

Delicious burgers! - Edit
Oh had the quinoa burger but the aioli isn’t vegan so asked for it to be removed. The staff speak English but I had a screenshot of how to say ‘I have a dairy allergy’ in Spanish that I used in every eating establishment.
