Incredibly rude staff and vanishingly few options - Edit
On looking through the menu there were very few options that might even have passed as vegan, at most one or two unappetising options amongst countless others. On asking the waiter what might be suitable for a vegan, their response was "a steak".

Friendly but limited offerings - Edit
Couldn’t see any vegan options on the menu but asked staff who offered a veggie pizza without cheese or a salad. Went for the pizza, which was nice. At least staff were friendly and understood what vegan means!

Better than nothing - Edit
I could only find one thing that seemed to be vegan - quinoa with some vegetables and tofu. I didn’t ask too many questions as to how vegan it was, since the night before at a different restaurant I had fries and ketchup.

Some vegan options in Avoriaz - Edit
We had a really good Asian tofu noodle bowl and some veganized pizzas. Not a lot of options, but we were satisfied. They do have a small section of vegetarian choices.
