Some solid options - Edit
This place was right across from my hotel during a two night stay in Edmonton. Day 1 I got the everything bagel with vegan cream cheese, it was good but nothing special. Day 2 I tried the everything bagel with the vegan egg/Swiss - wow, it was really good and I regret not getting it the first day!! I also grabbed some Vegan cookies and a latte too.

This is my favourite remedy location! I love the vegan drinks (like milkshakes and hot chocolates) and the curries (channa masala is my favourite!)

Love the vegan butter chicken - Edit
Their vegan butter chicken is super tasty. The “chicken,” which I would guess is seitan, has great flavour and texture and the sauce is creamy and spiced to perfection.
