Great Place for Veganized Asian Dishes

I had a really great experience at Red Ruby in Ayia Napa.
The food is delicious, and what makes it extra special is that thanks to Amanamu, almost anything on the menu can be veganized. That means you’re not limited to just a few options – nearly every non-vegan dish can be made vegan, which is amazing!

This time I had a Pad Thai with tofu, plus two veganized dishes: one with black bean sauce and one sweet & sour. Everything were full of flavour and super satisfying. I also tried the vegetable nigiri – it wasn’t really my favourite, but to be fair, there’s not much to expect from a simple veggie nigiri compared to the other dishes.

The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of room to sit and enjoy a meal in a nice atmosphere. The location in Ayia Napa is also very convenient.

Overall, I was really happy with my visit and will definitely be coming back! 🌱✨

Pros: good sized portion, excellent food, friendly staff, nice vibe, almost everything can be veganised

First Visit to Ayia Napa

Absolutely fantastic experience at Red Ruby!!! Excellent food excellent staff immense choice of dishes and the ability to Veganise all meat dishes was amazing!!!
