I found this place searching Happy Cow. My boyfriend and I go for dinner once a week and we’re searching for a new to us place. Was beyond pleased with Red Ginger. The waitress, Noot, was the sweetest soul ever. Beyond kind and was so excited helping me choose vegan options and was telling me that if I like some ingredients from one curry and not the others that they can mix and match ingredients to create one for me which is a great indicator for fresh food being able to make such changes. Noot was very passionate about the ingredients and explaining any dishes. Will definitely be a new regular date night place for us. Can’t wait to try all their vegan creations. would give 5 stars but happy cow reserves the 5th for fully veg restaurants.

Great Vegan Thai Curries - Edit
We have been searching for a Thai place in the KW area that will do curries without fish sauce. This place was the answer. In fact, our waitress has been vegan in the past and was quite informative about the menu and what could be made vegan. Most of the dishes could be done this way. Great flavour to their curries. Good amount of options. This will be our vegan go to place for Thai!

Went for supper there and my husband and I wanted a vegan meal and there were many options and the food was beyond delicious. I was so happy that I wasn't able to finish my meal. It meant that I had leftovers for the next day. Soooo yummy. And our server was so attentive to our needs

A nice little find while up in Waterloo. The tofu vermicelli bowl was amazing, one of the best I've had - the tofu was cooked so well - I had my bowl with peanut sauce, so good!
