Good customisation - Edit
Most noodles and sauces are vegan. Can choose tofu as protein option. Regular comes with choice of noodles, sauce, protein and 3 veg - can add more for additional cost. I had udon with black bean, the sauce was quite watery but tasty. Good size portion. I'd ordered noodles, chips and drink for £18 but noticed they did a meal deal of same items for £16.50 - they were nice and processed refund.

Inexpensive & Adaptable - Edit
An inexpensive Asian style restaurant right near the Meadows. Due to its build-your-own menu style, making the meal veggie is quite easy. They clearly list what is veg with a (v) on its menu, and include the sauces which is helpful. They also have an entire separate veggie sides list.
