Very tasty vegan menu - Edit
They have a separate vegan menu with a couple of starters, main courses, pizza and one dessert. Vegan wines are also marked. I personally think that it is better if vegan dishes are included in the ”normal” menu (clearly marked as vegan of course) so that also others than vegan customers skim through them and maybe somebody non-vegan dares to try them too.

Vegan skagen starter with vegan shrimp was the best part but the main course Artisan seitan with garlic potatoes and red wine sauce was also very good. Dessert was Buckthorn posset and I liked that too. The service was a bit uneven, but it didn’t bother me too much.

Clearly marked vegan options on the menu, and did not expect so well put together complimentary salad bar!

They've made an effort for the vegan menu - Edit
A surprisingly nice and long vegan menu for a restaurant that serves meat (compared with other similar restaurants that only have one or two options). Since both garlic portobello and bang bang tofu were available as both starters and mains and I couldn't decide, I ended up having both as starters and no main course. Since they also had a salad buffet, I had enough to eat that way and got to try interesting flavours. Especially the tofu was very delicious and if I visited again, I might have it as a main. The portobello was also delicious, but also so greasy that I'm glad it was only the size of a starter. In addition, there were tasty options in the salad buffet and vegan options clearly labeled.

Excellent vegan menu - Edit
A dedicated vegan menu page with several options, the Artisan Seitan BBQ was delicious, as were the vegetable dumpling and “escargot” starters.

The waiters are extremely helpful and proud of the vegan choices, rightly so.

Dinner with vegan-friendly salad buffet - Edit
We went for a dinner and had two main courses - BBQ seitan and pasta varbonara. There were vegan wines and wine recommendations on the list, which was nice. We were happily surprised that a salad buffet with many vegan options and vegan garlic bread slices were included to the price of a main course. Thus we left well fed!

This place had several recommendations in a local vegans group, telling that also vegan lunch is available.
