Different menu every day, free delivery - Edit
This seems like the only (fully) vegan business in Alba Iulia. They publish their daily menu on their Facebook page at 6 PM, and they are receiving orders from 6 PM to 7 AM the next morning. Then, they bring your order to any address from 10:30 to 1 PM.

Only downside: the owners (a couple) are not vegan.
Pros: Everything is vegan, Super tasty , Free delivery

I ordered a few times their raw vegan cakes. They are amazing.
