The best ramen and highlight of Amsterdam - Edit
Both me (vegan) and my mum (non-vegan) had the silky white ramen, to say how delicious it was, wouldn’t even come close. The creaminess, the slight spice, the crunchy fried mushrooms, the noodles. An absolutely perfect combination of all ingredients. I was a bit hesitant at first, seeing as I’ve never had ramen before, but I can say, now, it’s my favourite food. Cannot recommend it enough. The girls, the staff and the chef are all sunny, smiling all the time, very kind and willing to help with anything and everything you might need or request. Wow.

I was already a fan of this restaurant in its previous location when there was only one ramen available (now they have a bigger menu). The quality and taste is still the same and it’s the best ramen you’ll eat. Couldn’t recommend more. Staff are also super friendly and nice.

Ramen impossible is a fully vegan restaurant. Their homemade noodles are incredible! I had the Miso Katsu Ramen - it’s was my favourite meal in the Netherlands and the best soup I’ve ever had.

I absolutely loved the soupless ramen, it was very garlicky in the best way. We went for lunch and did not have to wait, the staff were lovely and helpful. I understand the price point because of the quality of products, but 18€ for one bowl of ramen made me feel like the experience at their other restaurant (Men Impossible) was better value.

The food was delicious and the staff were great. I would have reviewed this place higher if they had more options. There were only 3 mains and one was unavailable on the day. I just wanted a simple ramen bowl, but had to get one that came with a side of Katsu (which I couldn’t remove) which made the whole meal quite expensive.
