Love this place. Best ramen ever! Such unique and delicious flavors. They only have two menu options but that's because they're perfect and they know they don't need any more.

This is how it's done - Edit
Two starters and two mains on the menu, good selection of teas including at least one I wouldn't know where else to get, achingly polite staff, and when I was there at least, nice Japanese piano music. Food was absolutely spot on too.

Amazing! - Edit
Full disclosure: we went to Men Impossible last night and loved it so much we thought we’d have the ramen again before we headed back to London. Just as good with lovely friendly staff here too. There are two options here so both ramen lovers can go for that but the creamy ramen sauce is so so good. Full of flavour and moreish. Wish I could bring them over to London!

Romantic place, like in anime - Edit
Very tasty dish, unusual style. You can choose size of the portion, and regular one must be pretty big. We were hungry, so we ordered larger portion - it was a bit too much! But we ate it all! They say, next week they will add soup style ramen to the menu. As many ppl in the reviews mention, I also expected a soup, noodles with broth, but broth was missing. It was cream-style ramen. Now I look forward to trying a soup-style ramen! 😋

If you hope to slurp some hot Ramen broth - Edit
You will be heavily disappointed. Although the place promises to deliver Ramen, instead, you will get some nice noodles in a little bit of souce. Funny part is, that there is a big menu board promising Ramen in front of the restaurant, where you can learn that the dish is based on a creamy sauce. Now, the tiniest word 'soup' at the end of it, is crossed out, as a sort of justification for the missing broth ;)

The definitive ramen - Edit
I had really high expectations for this place and they've been well exceeded. Best ramen I ever had. Everything was just perfect. The sauce was something else and the toppings really well balanced! Amazing service too, they explained us everything about the dish and asked for feedback. The food they make is certainly a mirror of their passion and care they pour in it. A must go. Epic!

Tasty and unusual - Edit
A bit of an unusual ramen as it’s creamier than usual and with less broth but very tasty nonetheless. It’s made with fresh noodles. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I think I like it? - Edit
It’s an unusual ramen - don’t come here if you’re craving traditional ramen, it’s more like a carbonara with an Asian influence. Still tasty, I’d recommend going for the “less salt” version as the regular is really very salty.
Read moreThe ramen consists of homemade noodles (delicious), rocket salad, a whole sweet marinaded tomato, fried onion, garlic and cauliflower tempura. Instead of a broth, there’s a creamy sauce that tastes like it has black truffle in it (perhaps the burnt leek oil). Pretty unusual but I did eat it all.
Pros: Simple menu, Homemade noodles, Welcoming staff
Cons: Unexpected flavours (not sure it all works), A bit expensive for what it is, No regular broth option

Delicious Ramen! - Edit
We had a long layover in Amsterdam and decided to go to town to get some decent food. Luckily, our usual dig, Terra Zen was closed on Tuesday so I looked for another interesting eatery and found Ramen impossible. It's a bit outside of the center so we rented a tandem bike. After cruising around the beautiful canals and parks, it was time for lunch and we were raven hungry. The space is a cosy corner store with only a few tables. They have only one dish and it's delicious ramen. it's not your traditional one with plenty of broth. Instead it's more juicy and thick with incredible flavor. The noodles are handmade, marinated tomato tasted so light, so fresh, the cauliflower tempura crunchy, and teriyaki garlic divine. And the service very attentive and quick. Definitely, our new favorite place in Amsterdam!
