I liked the variety of ingredients in the Creamy Vegan Ramen and the Miso Vegan Ramen. Both included tofu chashu, shiitake mushroom, kikurage, seasoned bamboo shoots, Brussel sprouts, corn, shredded green onions, and sesame. However, the broths were different--the miso tasted saltier to me.
Read moreThe chairs were comfortable, but I felt like there were too many tables for the space. There were several TVs on the walls, which I thought were distracting and unnecessary, but at least the sound was off.
Pros: clearly marked vegan options, off-street parking

Great options and very flavorful - Edit
I was really surprised by this ramen place. They had about 4 vegan varieties for ramen. I got the Vegan Miso and my husband got the Vegan Creamy. They had the same toppings, but the broths were seasoned differently. Both were very flavorful and delicious in their own way.
Read moreWe had a difference in opinion on the noodles. The noodles tasted kind of creamy. I wasn't a fan, but my husband loved them. They were definitely different than normal ramen noodles, but I would eat hear again!

Went here because of a Facebook post someone had made and I was not disappointed! The ramen was great!

Let me tell you, this is the best vegan noodle dish in town! Both of the available options are really tasty and come loaded with all that you could possibly want, including grilled tofu and sliced mushroom!
Read moreThere are also several vegan sides if you want more, but the ramen portion size is quite large to begin with. Bonus points for very well designed takeout packaging.
