Lovely Little stop - Edit
This is a wonderful spot to eat in Ecuador Quito City that is quite cheap and has a wide range of Fresh whole foods plant based Vegan Pizza options! Only thing is their opening and closing times are inaccurate and inconsistent on their google page So I went there a few times to eat and was shut even though they should of have been open?

Two delicious vegan options when I went, the slices are around $1.50. No interior seating, just a few stools outside. (And right across the street from the PAE shelter - you can go help walk the dogs!)

If in Quito you must try this place. Creative pizzas. All vegetarian with clearly marked vegan pizza. The owner is a lovely woman who is vegetarian. She even gave us tips on other veg places in Ecuador. (She speaks English.)
