Vegan tasting menu - Edit
Nice atmosphere with pleasant and helpful staff. We had the vegan tasting menu, which consisted of two snacks, two starters, one main, and three desserts. Everything was good, my favourites being the spheres filled with soup of Jerusalem artichoke and coffee, the king oyster mushroom with creamy tapioca, and the durian sorbet (it sounds a lot scarier than it is). My only critique would be that the vegan version of the tasting menu was a little low on protein. Maybe not the highest priority when you go to a restaurant mainly for a flavour experience, but it wouldn’t have minded something a little higher in protein worked into the menu. Either way, a lovely visit for a fair price, would recommend!
