Upscale Vietnamese restaurant with fair vegan selection - Edit
In Helsinki center, this restaurant is welcoming guests in a beautiful spacious double lounge. The decoration has been curated to create an atmosphere that is both exotic and sophisticated. Tables are far apart so you really have space with your guests and the service is enhancing this intimate feeling.
Read moreFood wise, I found that despite the other HappyCow reviews, the vegan offer is actually quite fair: there is at least one vegan option for each type of dish (the traditional "chay" = vegan) as well as the possibility to make some of the other dishes as a vegan version on request.
On top of that, the daily lunch menu offers have a vegan option everyday.
If the A la Carte menu reflects (price wise) the slightly exclusive feel of the place, the lunch price tag is on par with other lunch deals in the area.
Pros: Good typical food, Exclusive and intimate feeling, Excellent service

Nice option in Kamppi area - Edit
Restaurant is beautiful and huge so you might get a table in the weekends even without a reservation. Service was nice too. I had a Bún chả nem chay & đậu phụ (rice noodle salad with tofu & spring rolls) which was tasty. And “Espresso Martini” made from Vietnamese coffee! They have multiple vegan choices and I’ll definitely go back to try something else.

Nice diy summer rolls - Edit
The menu wasn't long for vegans, we got to choose between a vegan Pho soup and a plate with summer rolls ingredients and spring rolls. We chose the latter and it was a nice surprise to learn that the summer rolls were meant to be filled and rolled by ourselves at the table. This allowed us to choose what kind of filling to add from the plate. The cocktail menu included a tasty drink with lots of ginger and a bit of chili.

Cons: Few vegan options, nothing in the main course list
