I went to that place 3 times, different years, and, I am sorry to say eveytime I came out with the same feeling and conclusion: not tasty at all, you pay more than locals, not a welcoming place. I'll never go again; there are a few more pleasant vg places in H'i An you acn go to
Cons: I didn't like the price, never a smile, food not nice

Very cheap, friendly staff and lovely food. A bit tricky to find (halfway down an alley with a food stall at the top of the alley)
