Tasty, cheap - Edit
I had a buffet plate for 40k, there is a menu but in vietnamese. It was ok, but be aware that they shape food in very mad way. I got some crisps looking like chickens fingers 😅

This restaurant offers a big selection of ingredients though unfortunately they are mainly mock meats and not that many vegetables.
