No more impossible meat :( - Edit
Impossible protein is no longer available but Guacamole isn’t extra. They also have options for kids’ meals. You can still make a decent veggie bowl or burrito, but no specific protein besides beans.

Impossible Protein - Edit
We were really excited that Qdoba had the impossible protein available. They also advertise it. We were happy the impossible protein wasn't dry or overcooked, however it did taste a bit salty.

We went on a Tuesday (4pm - 8pm only) to take advantage of their deal. If you buy one bowl, two drinks, you get the other bowl free. I think the deal is location specific. Make sure it is a bowl not a salad. In other words just get the lettuce at the end rather than the beginning. The deal doesn't apply for salads.
