Amazing Vegan Food! - Edit
Verdict: AWESOME! Mum got the Pure Chick'n Sandwich - $14 and she was LOVING IT! I got the Atlas Monroe Po Boy Sandwich - $16 and devoured it. I was happy to support this vegan business, especially since they have to pay rent and taxes for their brick and mortar location. Recently, I've had their pesto mac n cheeze and nachos.....both amazing!!!

LOVE everything this place puts out. They frequently have the famous Atlas Chicken products and make a bomb spicy chicken sando. Tots are amazing, portions generous, brunch menu and breakfast sandos are incredible, and they have dairy free milkshakes. Never had a bad experience here. The management team updates social media regularly to warn of long wait times or online-only ordering.

I used to eat a lot of vegan soul food back in Baltimore, but Sacramento is severely lacking in good options. Imagine my excitement when I opened HappyCow to find a new vegan soul food shop just opened up right down the road! I put in an order online and had some hot food 30 minutes later. It BLEW ME AWAY. The BBQ Jackfruit “pulled pork” is INCREDIBLE. The BBQ sauce has the perfect flavor, and the jackfruit is shredded to perfection. I also tried the pesto Mac n cheese, and the pesto is top notch.

I ordered a few things Saturday just to try it out. The prices were ok. I loved the Barbecue sandwich with the caramelized onions. The grilled mac n cheese sandwich was really good too. The breakfast burrito was ok as well. I didn't get a chance to try to chicken n Waffles but I heard they're are great. People have had trouble getting their orders through. I didnt have any trouble. I ordered mine through doordash. The chicken sandwich was kind of dry and the Mac n Cheese balls weren't thick enough in the middle. I could taste more of whatever else was on in the inside more than the macaroni.
