City-run market in downtown since 1905. Roughly 300 vendor stalls sell a variety of foods from fresh produce and bakery goods to prepared foods and others. Food trucks also participate. Layout is both indoor and outdoor. Open Tue-Thu 6:00am-1:00pm, Sat 5:00am-3:00pm.

Huge city market. Plan to spend time. - Edit
This is a city institution. It is clean, well run and expansive. It is held year round with indoor and outdoor vendor sites. In addition to lots and lots of produce, some vendors sell prepared vegan options. Also surrounding the market are brick-and-mortar restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops as well as food trucks. Parking is across the street, free and safe.
