some options - Edit
the standard burger buns are brioche with egg, not sure if the gluten free bun is vegan. they have impossible burger. the santa fe salad without chicken and cheese and with a vinaigrette dressing and a side of fries was a mediocre meal! had beans, corn, and pico so was pretty filling but boring.

No black bean burgers - Edit
I was visiting Johnson City while on a work trip. When I asked the waitress about the vegan black bean burger, she said that they didn’t have them. It’s not on their menu. The restaurant is super cute. But not vegan friendly, from what I can tell.
