good vegan options in this area - Edit
Super nice waitress, very helpful and keen to help to make dishes vegan. The place is casual, the food quality was above expectations. Thumbs up !

Helpful and yummy! - Edit
Some vegan options are marked on the menu like the flat bread and pasta/dough options. But the staff is more than happy to explain what is in everything and how you can modify or create a vegan pasta or pizza. I had the salad buffet - mixed green salad with vinaigrette, flat bread with spicy dipping sauce, strawberries and little cinnamon sugar donuts. Everything was fresh and warm. It would have been $8 but she very kindly offered to charge me $6 since I didn't eat the soup, pizza or meatballs. I didn't have a chance to ask if their normal dough is vegan or just the gluten-free dough, so the pizza may be expensive by the time you modify it. It isn't a vegan oasis to flock to but if you are in the area and need a quick lunch, you won't go hungry.

Cons: no vegan pizza or pasta dishes on the menu, have t, no vegan cheese or meat alternatives, meat in the buffet
