BEST SESAME VEGAN CHICKEN

This is literally the best sesame vegan chicken I ever had. My wife and I have gone back for it multiple times. It is a huge serving! Soooo good. They have other great options with mock meat as well. We also modified the udon veggie noodle (no phish sauce?) and they were delicious. If you haven’t been yet you must go

Great vegan options

They have a solid and delicious vegetarian section with a bunch of fake meat (all soy based I believe) and tofu dishes

PHENOMENAL TOFU TEXTURE

Sometimes, even with vegan joints nearby, there’s just nothing else that satiates that good ol’ hankerin’ for Chinese.
Many places freeze their tofu for convenience, resulting in that borderline-offputting, squishy/chewy-ish texture.
This is what I was expecting here. Imagine my elated surprise, then, when my mouth encountered a delectable, generously sized pillow of crispy-outside & silky-inside tofu!! The tangerine sauce was bright instead of cloying; the broccoli in that sweet spot between al dente & soft. The brown rice was actually fresh & fluffy unlike the probably defrosted afterthought elsewhere.
This was my first time here – I look forward to working my way thru the tofu & meat analogue options!

Pros: Remarkably creamy inside/crispy outside tofu, Affordable quality , Chill vibe contrast to bustle of Washington St.

Cons: Be aware the veg fried rice contains egg
