One of my top favorites in town - Edit
I love POTs! I've been to old location as well as this new location. Every time I come back to town to visit I always come here ! It's definitely in my top 3 or 5 vegan restaurants in town!!! Woman owned and I love supporting this place ! We walked there from our hotel room. I like that new location is more central then before. There's a couple tables you can eat at inside but I think it's more designed for to-go. The flavors are so amazing, everything from the sauces to literally everything. You can't go wrong! I always get the cauliflower schwarma and the samosas!!! The flavor they put on the fries is so good I should ask what it is! Never had that before anywhere else! I can't say enough good stuff about this place! Also you get a huge bucket of fries for the price! The portions are great!

Love the food and the vibes!!! - Edit
I just love the food here, delicious and fresh. Idk about the new location 333 W St. Louis tho, I think they may be delaying Pot's orders from coming out in a timely manner. Food is worth buying daily! Get you some!!🙌🏾😋🥰

We never have had Egyptian food. Wow! The samosas are amazing. Also the cauliflower shawarma was tied with the samosas as my favorite. We wanted to go again on the trip but was closed on Sundays. Will definitely make that a regular spot on a trips to Vegas

Tasty, fresh, healthy, oily - Edit
During my first visit I enjoyed the Just a Platter! which has an impressive array of popular Egyptian fare, providing plenty of food to fill you up! It is made with plenty of fresh, healthy produce. It also has a liberal amount of oil, which I'm not used to since I normally avoid oil. Next time, I would request that my food be prepared without the oil, or with the least amount possible, in keeping consistent with a whole food diet, not just one that is plant-based. The Tahini Shake is outstanding! To go, I also ordered Falafel Samosas, which I enjoyed at home. Impressed by the owner's labor of love, I was happy to support this local business.

Three words: vegan Egyptian food. Seriously, large portions of fresh and delicious food. This place is not to be missed! We got the Just a Platter and Taamia Platter, both equally delicious. We also got a side of Egyptian fries which was really a large brown bag of them. We had fries for days! 😜 The Apricot Extravaganza drink was yummy too!

Excellent food and service - Edit
The food here is great and lovingly prepared! The Egyptian fries might be my favorite fries ever and the samosas and pita sandwiches are super amazing and filling. The woman taking our order (who I think is also the head chef/owner?) was so friendly and helpful too! A lot of love goes into making the food and it shows. Highly recommend!

Egyptian food in Las Vegas! Yum - Edit
!
Read moreThis small restaurant in Las Vegas is a must try. The food is absolutely delicious and flavorful and the staff is kind and helpful. We had never had Egyptian food before so weren’t sure what to order. The courteous lady behind the counter suggested getting a platter because it had a little bit of lots of things on it. We took her recommendation and got the “Just a platter” along with an appetizer of the falafel samosas drizzled with roasted red pepper sauce. Yum! Everything was great. The samosas were wonderful, like light and crunchy pillows of deliciousness. Their hummus is amazingly smooth. Their baba ganoush is slightly smoky. The falafel is yummy and the cauliflower shawarma is genius. Absolutely amazing. The small pita breads are so good, we went back for another side order of them.
Since the food was so good, we decided to try a dessert. We decided on the Konafa Cup. It turned out to be a great choice. I guess you could call it a pudding of sorts, but that would be a stretch. It was mostly toasted coconut with other stuff and a small bit of pudding. We loved it. Not too sweet and unlike anything we have had before.
I found myself wishing they had a location where we live, since were only visiting Vegas. We will definitely be coming back for lunch again before we leave.
Pros: Excellent staff, Delicious and flavorful food, All Vegan!!
Cons: No locations where I live.

Don’t miss out! - Edit
I’ve always wanted to try Koshari and it didn’t disappoint. It was an unusually delicious blend of cuisines. All the food was very authentic with unique flavors. You can tell it’s prepared with lots of love. The tahini shake was one of my favorites with a deep, nutty flavor. Everything was delicious.

If you want to know what babaganoush is supposed to taste like, this is it! - Edit
I was so happy Pots exceeded my expectations, and they were high to begin with! I tried the platter and immediately fell in love with the cauliflower shwarma. Outstanding! But the babaganoush was just as memorable. The smoky eggplant flavor made all the difference. The bread that accompanied it was equally delicious: light and piping hot. The true topping on the overall experience was having the opportunity to chat with the owner. She's lovely and passionate about Ethiopian cuisine. The vibe in the restaurant is chill as well. It's an immaculate eatery where you don't want to leave.
