Maravilla

Las opciones veganas en esta zona no son muchas. Por sorpresa pregunté en la Posada Don Ai, dónde cada día sirven el pescado del día, y me comentaron que podían hacerme un plato combinado con “Carve” (soja texturizada), arroz de coco, patacón y ensalada. Delicioso! Pagué 40.000 COP
