Very nice food and restaurant but small portions

Me and my boyfriend intended to go to the vegan restaurant which was nearby but this was unfortunately shut when we went so we wandered trying to find somewhere else to eat and we saw this restaurant had options labelled as vegan, which most restaurants didn't so decided to go here.

The waiter was very friendly and attentive, and talked us through the menu. There was three vegan options, two for 21 euros each which me and my boyfriend decided on - a falafel dish with vegan coleslaw, and a polenta dish with tempura vegetables. There was also another for 26 euros but I forget what this was. The options felt like thought had been put into them though which was nice to see.

We asked for tap water but the waiter said they didn't do tap water here (I think it was more high end than I was prepared for), you could buy water for 6 euros. We got a coke and a peach ice tea to drink, also 6 euros each.

The food came and the portions were very tiny, it was all really lovely and flavourful though, just wish there had been more food! It was a very pleasant place to eat dinner though - down a little side street in the old town, really pretty!

Overall okay for vegans - I think it would be a good option if they included vegan options for starters or desserts too and then you could have a bit more of a full meal here.

Cons: Expensive , Small portions , No vegan starters or desserts
