Found this gastro pub by chance at the historic Gloucester Quays next to Nandos. I enjoyed a fantastic felafel burger topped with halloumi cheese and chipotle salsa (you can buy without halloumi and becomes vegan dish) - was the most interesting and tasty veggie burger that I have had in a long time. My partner had a tasty salad with candied beetroot, quinoa, herb-roasted tomatoes & asparagus. There were lots of tapas choices for veggies and vegans. Some nice real ales too.

Came here with a meat eater and gluten free friend. It was great the Lounge had a separate GF and Vegan menu - we all managed to get a great tasting meal. I loved the smashed avo on ciabatta with some button mushrooms, vegan bacon and falafel. Tasted scrummy.

Eat at the Lounges quite a bit as they have a separate vegan menu with lots of choice. Their AB's veggie sausage (which is vegan!) is absolutely the best tasting vegan sausage EVER!! If you're looking for a huge fry up, Lounges are definitely the place to go.
Read moreHowever, my experience at Portivo Lounge was awful, most of the breakfast was luke warm at best. The server offered to take it back but as my partner has started eating his I declined. They made a half arsed attempt to offer a free drink in recompense but I had a train to catch, so had to decline. So the server just walked off! Won't ever go here again.

Very nice restaurant in a lovely area of Gloucester. Food was tasty. I ordered vegan hotdog and it was massive. My partner ordered a burger and the size was not too big - small portion for himself to be fair! We had guacamole as tapa and was nice too. Mojito was without brown sugar which means it was too strong and not very nice.

My wife and I really enjoyed supper at Portivo lounge; there is a great amount of choice, a separate vegan menu and very considerate staff. We had the vegan beyond cheese burger which was taking a risk as my wife, a vegetarian, is not a fan of vegan cheese. But our food was really tasty and the vegan cheese was the nicest we've tasted.

Spent a sunny afternoon here to get some lunch! The separate vegan menu had me spoilt for choice and I couldn't decide on a pulled jackfruit burger or vegan all day breakfast! Went with the burger in the end and was definitely not disappointed. The burger was more like a bean burger but lovely and crispy with a definite BBQ flavour.

Location is great and staff were friendly. I found it quite reasonable in terms of prices.
One thing to note is that the toilets are on the second floor and I couldn't see any accessible toilets so that's a shame but probably worth asking if they do have any accessible toilets nearby.

The place is nice and cosy, and the separate vegan menu is nice and has a decent selection. I went for the Sweet Potato Falafel Burger, which was ok but a little dry. Not the best food but not terrible either, though was pretty cheap.

Lots of vegan choices, as well as vegetarian, gluten free and other dietary options. Friendly staff, good food, perfect for breakfast as well as lunch or an evening meal. Help yourself to water, which is always a nice touch.

Visited on a weekday evening and found the Lounge to be quite busy. Staff were very helpful and food came out in good time and was very nice. a good choice, including vegan, vegetarian as well as gluten free
