Sometimes vegan lunch menu - Edit
There are some vegan options on the standard menu. Sometimes there is a daily lunch that is vegan. I had chili with brussel sprouts very good.

3.5 stars - inexpensive, several marked options but unclear at lunchtime - Edit
They have one sandwich, a few pastries and vegan (real) ice cream on the permanent menu. It's a little less clear but lunchtime, sometimes their menu announcements on facebook mention vegan, sometimes they don't. But the entry creator says there's always a vegan option. In case there isn't: Nearby "Badawi" is full vegan and always a good plan B.
