Decent banh mi with knowledgeable staff

I had a pretty tasty tofu banh mi here. The owner was well informed about veganism, he had a dairy-free spread (like a mayo) and told me they have other vegan options like the tofu rice bowl, and their veggie spring rolls were also vegan.
