Good ideas - Edit
The idea of ponchy is so good, fried dough with different toppings (sweet/savory). The falafel waffle is also a nice, but a little bit too dry imho.

Nice concept but needs tweaking - Edit
The concept of Ponchy is interesting - fried bread (ponchies) and falafel waffles topped with vegan and veggie things.
Read moreI personally found the falafel waffle a little dry but it was okay. The ponchy I had once and plain and it was really good (especially for the cheap price), but now they are never on the menu - which is weird considering it's half of the menu and the name of the place. A shame. The space is not that cosy but I think they're aiming for more of a bar angle. The service is a mixed bag. It's a nice enough place but hopefully they'll have the full menu back soon.
Pros: Nice concept, Lots of vegan options, Well located near Ostkreuz
Cons: Not offering full menu right now, Would benefit from adding sauces to the waffles

Vegane Pizza Waffle und Hummus Vorspeise - Edit
Schönes Restaurant mit veganen und vegan-glutenfreien Optionen. Preis-Leistung ist gut, da die Portionen sehr groß sind! Selbst die kleinen Portionen machen satt und das Überraschungsmenü reicht für zwei Personen. Ich würde das Restaurant weiterempfehlen!
