Enjoyed the food and perfectly positioned in the old arcades in Cardiff. The girls working there were really friendly and relaxed. Hopefully the more foot traffic they get the more they can add to the menu!

Small community focused cafe with nice retro decor and stacks of vinyl. Lovingly prepared food from a small menu. Tasty vegan cakes. Wide range of loose leaf teas. Friendly welcome.

Polarity seems like a great place I need to go there to enjoy a nice hot chocolate or a chai latte and a meal.

I had a small chat with Jessa the owner of the place. Interesting she told me the cafe is a Community Interest Forum. They have an events studio on top free for anyone to book for free events and for paid events at a small cost.
I like the concept. Found the interior retro.
Definitely will come again to spend more time.

Only has a very small brunch and lunch menu. I had pesto “cheese” toastie, which was melty and delicious and everything I hoped for! Great coffee. Finished with a yummy peanut butter brownie. I’m going back for brunch next time.
