Sweet in the best way

You can order from a cute sidewalk window, and both times i did the staff was friendly and really pleasant. I LOVED the oreo berry poffy—took the order home and my husband and I split them and not a crumb left!

Pros: Service, Takeout window, Oreo poffy

Delightful little pancake things

The people who work there are so nice and helpful about what’s vegan (which is almost everything). Lots of different options and combos to come back and keep trying.

Fun for date night

Heads up, it takes a while if you want them to make a fresh one for you but it’s worth the wait. We loved it!

Pros: Lots of choices, Friendly staff, Tasty

Cons: Pricy, Takes time

Yummy, warm filled donut-like treats

Nice people and great concept. Pick your base, filing and toppings. Vegan ice cream as an option as well.

Love Poffy

Everything here is delicious. I come almost every time I’m at mosaic. No dairy or egg in almost everything, but be sure to ask

Love this little spot.

I found this place on a whim today while passing through Mosaic. The owner Lilian is so sweet and passionate about her craft. Nearly everything (if not everything?) in the shop is vegan. Start to finish the visit was a joy and I look forward to going back! 🤍🌱

so cute

the wait was 20 minutes but i didnt mind too much, my friends and i just walked around mosaic while we were waiting 👍🏼 staff are incredibly warm and welcoming! they even handed us our food. i got lil's chocolate favorite and i loved it !!!

Pros: everything is vegan unless you request spam etc., friendly staff, aesthetic presentation

Cons: shop is a little cramped

Vegan unless you specifically request non-V toppings

Very yummy dessert. We got the strawberry one and it was delicious. My kids likes the softer poffy in a cup more than the fish shaped one on a stick which is more crispy. It’s a little pricey but good for occasionally treating yourself.

Update: the lemon lintzer is really good, too. Save 10-20 minutes to walk around because they are made to order.

Delicious vegan puff pancakes

We stumbled on this place randomly and learned from the lovely owner that it is entirely vegan unless you top your pancakes with honey or bacon bits. The concept is fun and delicious—mini freshly made pancake balls filled with your choice of ingredients. The batters come in many flavors (all vegan) and there are tons of filling options, all vegan except for 2. The owner is very vegan-knowledgeable and made everything fresh to order for us. SO delicious! My husband chose pumpkin flavored batter filled with chocolate chips and I ordered the original batter filled with apple and rolled in cinnamon sugar. We can’t wait to go back and bring friends. Bonus—they have an outdoor ordering window so you don’t have to step inside!
