Tasty broccoli pierogi and fine gołąbki - Edit
I decided to order a delivery there as vegan restaurants were too busy.
Read morePierogi were delicate on the outside and had a pleasant filling, don't expect too much broccoli flavour though, it was more vegetably and in my opinion could use slightly more salt. The quantity was also decent.
"Gołąbki wege mamy" were fine despite my dislike towards buckwheat groats - nice surprise, however I'd prefer them to be served with tomato sauce as I'm used to, not mushroom one (i didn't take a pic of it). Potatoes were kind of unexpected as a side imo, but really nice nevertheless.
If you don't mind dining in places that aren't vegan - give it a go, I'm still not really into sitting where I can see or smell particular "food" being served and eaten - as u can see it was a delivery type experience so possibly meals taste better while dining in.

Fantastic pierogi, must try - Edit
The menu is mostly vegan with a little vegetarian here and there from added cheese. There's a few pierogi dishes to choose from, boiled and baked. The place is small and cosy and the food itself is amazing.

Unique experience for local food! - Edit
We went there to eat Pierogi and were really amazed how authentic this place is as a bundle - super friendly staff, traditional location, unique food! Approx. 80% of the menu is vegan, vegetarian labeled with "(!)". Good soups, local beer and pierogi. What do you want more?

Very nice - Edit
Very attentive and nice service. Tasty meals, even the simplest things tasted incredible.
Read moreOffers a lot of traditional dishes, but we had the beetroot salad and the breaded “pork”. Would come back to try their traditional dishes.
Nice, cozy atmosphere, not crowded on a Saturday night.

Proper - Edit
This spot is a proper Polish restaurant with an almost-entirely vegan menu. They recommend having baked Pierogi’s opposed to traditionally boiled ones and the mushroom ones were great. Served with a side of Sauerkraut it was a great lunch

Feels like home - Edit
Amazing płace with LOTS of vegan option (around 50/50 vegetarian/vegan) located close to the Main Square. I can highly recommend their main courses (especially soy-based cutlet) and seasonal cake, which was absolutely fantastic! Definitely one of the places worth coming back to.

My favourite vegan place to eat in Wrocław! - Edit
I spent a week in Wrocław trying various different restaurants and this was by far my favourite. I ordered tofu pierogi in the cheesy mushroom sauce and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Super homely dish, the passion for food is evident. I can’t wait to return!

Amazing - Edit
Amazing traditional Polish food! Some of the best food we had in Poland. Lots of different options, too. Only a few dishes are vegetarian, and they are clearly marked as non-vegan on the menu. Very good and friendly service, and just a really nice place. Highly recommended!

Cover Band - Edit
This place literally has you covered, or should that even be under the covers. Traditional meat free Polish food, an absolute must to try fabulous local dishes without the suffering. I had a wholesome gherkin soup followed by a delicious vegan golabki (pigeon) - cabbage stuffed with spices soya mince, rice & buckwheat. I would very much like to try the schabowy kotlet on my next encounter. A nice simple place with no ulterior motives.

Amazing vegetarian/vegan takes on some of the Polish classics - Edit
The shortest review? I had a chance to eat two dinners in Wrocław and I have eaten for main courses at pod Przykrywką.
Read moreThe food was amazing, very satisfying and perfect for the cold weather outside. Some vegan twists at classic dishes like Pierogi (I had the ones with tofu replacing cottage cheese in the classic recipe, from the overn, with tasty mushroom sauce) and less obvious, regional ones (like Fuczki) prepared with great ingredients, served with excellent sourkraut and beetroots on the side. Super friendly service and I had the chance to chat for a bit with the lovely lady who makes these masterpieces.
I will be back and I totally recommend it to everyone who would like to sample some genuine Polish food without having to worry if it's vegetarian/vegan (especially since a lot of traditional Polish cuisine sneaks in unnecessary animal fat in dishes you would not expect to find it).
5 stars from me!
Pros: great food!, very nice service, relaxed, un-pretentious atmosphere
Cons: Nothing, apart from the fact I live 2000km away...

Najlepsza wegańsko/wegetariańska restauracja we Wrocławiu - Edit
Restauracja położona na uboczach rynku we Wrocławiu. Menu składa się z opcji wegański i paru wegetariańskich. Można znaleźć pyszny barszcz ukraiński, pierogi w paru opcjach smakowych. Ceny bardzo przystępne! Najbardziej polecam wegański barszcz ukraiński oraz pierożki😄Pierogi można zamówić w 2 opcjach. Pieczonych lub gotowanych. Do pieczonych pierogów można dodatkowo wybrać sos. Dania pyszne, obsługa cudowna. Bardzo przyjazna i pomocna😄Polecam serdecznie wszystkim!

My favorite place - Edit
One of my favorite places in the city, it's always lovely coming here! Love the kotlet, typical polish food my grandma would make but vegan 🧓🏻😍 I think there are 2 couples running this place, at least I keep running into the same people and they always ask honestly how the food was and chat with you and it just feels like they really enjoy what they do. Love love love it!
