Easy ordering and always delicious

I think I’ve tried most of the menu and never had a bad item! My favorites are half açaí and half coconut bowls with the addition of vanilla plant protein or getting the stupid cupid which is another half and half bowl. I appreciate how easy it is to make modifications on the app. When I’ve come to this location for pick up, I’ve found staff to be really efficient and helpful.

Pros: Many options, Good flavor, Helpful staff

Cons: Expensive

Delicious and healthy

Love this place! I’m in grad school and this is a go-to for lunch when I’m on campus. Happy to report that they are no longer serving fish so the entire menu is vegetarian.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Healthy , Have an app where you can earn points

Cons: Service can be slow

Best Smoothie Bowl Ever

Although Playa is not completely vegan (which stops me from rating it 5 stars) I feel completely comfortable and at ease when ordering veganized menu items. They have separate granola that is vegan/gluten free, and toppings such as Nutella and honey can easily be omitted to create vegan-friendly bowls. The ingredients are always extremely fresh and the way that the menu items are presented is always aesthetically pleasing. Recently, they have been testing out vegan power balls (made of vegan vanilla protein powder, cocoa, chia seeds, peanut butter, etc.) and continuously have different veg options in the refrigerator. Playa Bowls is an extremely popular place, which can lead to lengthy wait times, especially on weekends, but the wait is always worth it. Playa is forever colorful and bright and still ranks #1 on my list of favorite smoothie bowl places.

Pros: Absolutely delicious, Big serving sizes, Easily made vegan (plus various vegan add-ons)
