Good food at a great price! - Edit
Got the nachos and quesadilla with carne asada and Al pastor, respectively. Everything was good, although the cheese in the quesadilla didn’t melt that great. Also, the nacho cheese sauce was a little runny, but the flavors will bring me back!

Delicious tacos! - Edit
Since it was my first visit, I tried four different tacos- carne asada, pollo asada, jackfruit pibil, and al pastor. So delicious and fresh. I would definitely come back for more.

All-vegan deliciousness - Edit
The mulitas are delicious. I tried the al pastor and it was very tasty. It's a tad expensive but it's an independent and all-vegan restaurant so that shouldn't be too surprising. Check them out!
Read moreBtw I highly recommend the chipotle crema. For me the salsa verde wasn't spicy at all but the red one was quite spicy - kinda wish there was something in between.

Lacks flavor - Edit
It’s a new vegan option in the area but all their food lacks flavor. Would not go again. The only thing that saved it was their agua fresca drinks.

All vegan taco place - Edit
Love the concept and it's great to have a place in the IE where you can get flan or vegan tacos anytime. The menu is simple & has a build-your- own burrito thing going on like a Chipotle's. Would support an all vegan place any day. Great place to quickly get vegan tacos on a whim. They even have tepache!

It was good. - Edit
I got three different tacos and thought the ‘chicken’ one tasted the best though all of them were good. I asked for a side of shredded lettuce and didn’t get it. I got take out and was disappointed when I got to my bnb and there was none.

Don’t say ch!p@tle - Edit
This place was good. I don’t see what everyone was saying about it being bland but I got hot sauce on my burrito. Burritos cost more than that corporate chain that everyone is comparing it to but they are also bigger. The signage and lighting here look a bit corporate. It would be nice if this place was a little bit of a cooler place to enjoy your meal.

Just Sad - Edit
Honestly, this was the worst vegan restaurant I have ever been too. Customer service is average but the food…… no. Everything is bland & lacking flavor. It’s like chipotle… but bad. It’s just not for me, the only thing I liked was the elote.

Yum! - Edit
Fantastic food! Today we tried all 4 of the 'meat' tacos. My favorite was the Al Pastor with pineapple my husband loved the pollo asado. We tried the quesadilla with carne asada. I am not a fan of any vegan cheese but they dont pile it in which made to good with all the stuff inside. The staff is helpful and very nice. The establishment is super clean and has an inviting feel.

Great everyday meal - Edit
Love their food. My favorite is the classic burrito with pollo, I get this often and always feel full but never weighed down. They also have an app you can get rewards from by earning purchase points. My non-veg friends like to come here too 😊

Not bad but could be better. - Edit
Guacamole was pretty bland and my carne asada tacos weren’t bad but the size of the cuts of protein were pretty big and hard to eat but also didn’t have a carne asada taste. BUT the ingredients were very fresh and everyone was super nice and helpful and I feel like this place has great potential and I know they’re fairly new so all in all I can’t complain.

vegan chipotle - Edit
Pretty much a clone of chipotle but vegan. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed the jackfruit. Lots of options and relatively affordable. Very generous with the guacamole which is nice when it costs extra. Excited to visit again and try all the vegan meats they have to offer.

Vegan Chipotle-Style Restaurant Arrives in Riverside! - Edit
I recently discovered this restaurant while scrolling through Instagram and after reading their online menu of tacos, burritos, bowls, and nachos, I knew I definitely had to stop by for a visit. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I immediately noticed that the restaurant's menu was printed on the side of the building along with a QR code in case customers preferred to order virtually instead of going inside.
Read moreOn the front door of the restaurant, there is signage regarding current COVID-19 precautions meaning that masks are required inside the restaurant and social distancing is strongly encouraged. Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly greeted by restaurant staff then after briefly looking at the menu, hubby asked what type of vegan cheese they use (since he's deathly allergic to nuts.) We were happy to hear from the employee that they use "Follow Your Heart" vegan cheese to top their entrees. Be aware that they charge an extra $1.95 for cheese and an extra $2.95 for guacamole.
I ordered a burrito with black beans, red rice, vegan chicken, elote, cilantro, creama, guacamole, and follow your heart vegan cheese. Hubby ordered three vegan tacos (al pastor, pollo asado, and carne asada) and a cup of elote. Although they have a variety of beverage options, we were delighted to discover that they have oat milk horchata available which was a treat for my husband since most vegan horchata are usually made using nut milk.
Since I signed up for the free Plantos app, I received a free order of chips and guacamole. By using the app, you earn points that can be eventually redeemed for a free entree. I liked that the restaurant had social distancing stickers on the ground inside the restaurant and that there is an all genders bathroom available to use.
The food was delicious and the staff quickly and efficiently made our food. Interestingly enough, the restaurant also has curated music playlists on Spotify which I like because this provide the restaurant with another way to interact with current and future customers virtually. Hubby said that the food was filling and the horchata was heavenly. Next time we're craving Chipotle, we're definitely going to stop by Plantos instead!

Disappointed - Edit
We were so excited to try this place today, that we arrived when they opened at 10 AM. It is a very popular place as others were there as well. Unfortunately, they were not ready for customers. The pinto beans, Mexican rice, chips were not ready. The customer who ordered dessert was told it wasn’t ready either. We decided to wait because the brown rice looked like overcooked mush. We asked if we could have chips and guacamole while we waited and the girl looked around to see no chips were ready. She found a grease saturated bag off of a supply shelf that had obviously been there since the day before and I said no thanks I will wait for fresh ones. What I didn’t know, and she didn’t tell me is the chips are not fresh. 20 minutes later, we were able to order and were not wowed, sadly. The jackfruit meat, tasted sour to me, not lime juice sour either. The chicken style meat didn’t taste good either. Back to Chipotle for us.
Read morePros: All vegan, Lots of combinations, think Chipotle style, The employees were polite
Cons: Not ready with fresh food at opening time, No salt in guacamole and salsa, Disappointed in the flavors
