I was terrified to start eating vegan. Bacon, steak, tuna steak, pesto chicken... these were my staples. PlantPowerNashville has changed that. If I had known vegan was this good I would have made the switch years ago. I've only gotten 2wks worth of meals so far, but my favorite meals are the penne bolognaise and the jackfruit BBQ. There is also this EPIC cashew parietal on offer. I cant say enough about this place.

08/04 Just got my delivery and dug into the quinoa chili and gf cornbread. Chili is epic and is really accented by the cashew sour cream. The cornbread is on a completely different level. I grew up on some of the best hot water cornbread around... the cornbread I just munched is way past good. Fit for the best Thanksgiving table.

I am so grateful for this food delivery. I get really burnt out cooking, so I really appreciate being able to quickly and easily heat this delicious and healthful food. Plant Power also graciously fulfills all my special requests to omit some ingredients and put some on the side.

Besides having fresh, healthy, vegan meals conveniently prepared at a great price, I love how Chef Anthony artfully brings it all together. The food tastes amazing, and it's in the details of cooking, preparing, pairing, and embellishing each recipe to set it apart. It's not just the amazing borscht, it's the thoughtful side of fresh dill and dollop of cashew sour cream that levels it up. We're eating great, several dinners and lunches a week, and having this quality available has been a game changer.

I’ve loved everything about Plant Power from on time and scheduled delivery, the clear instructions to go with each item, superb, friendly service, to the excellent meals they prepare. Plant Power is for everyone - I’d recommend to all my friends both vegan and non vegan. The desserts and extra items are delicious, too! It’s also cheaper than ordering out so my wallet and stomach are both happy and full. Follow their Instagram and get on the bandwagon with me.

Plant Power Nashville meals are always prepared fresh from scratch using quality ingredients. The menu changes weekly which keeps it interesting. My favorite dishes are the Pelmeni (potato and caramelized onion dumplings) from the Polish menu and the Aloo Gobi from the Indian menu.
