North Wales Based Vegan Artisan Cheese! - Edit
I stopped by the Pips stall at Pip & Oat's North Wales Vegan Market in June 2025, and it was the first time I purchased any of their products. In fact, as a North Wales-based vegan and foodie, it surprised me to see this company listed as a vendor on the event’s poster, as I had not even heard of this company before.
Read morePips produce cheeses and butters, and they also sell starter culture kits. Pips also sell products made by local suppliers to accompany their cheeses, such as chutneys and crackers. At the market, Pips had most of the products I can see listed on their easy-to-use website at their stall, and there was a good mix of cheeses available. I was tempted by their Tofeta, Welsh
Wonder! Cascheese, Garlic & Herb No Udder Butter and Creamy Cascheese Sauce. I regret not getting more from them now, especially the butter and the sauce, but I didn’t realise their products were going to be of such fine quality. Made without palm oil, the cheeses are neither greasy nor overpowering, and their texture is one of the best I’ve come across in the artisanal vegan cheese game. I had the Schmokin’ Cascheese and Creamy Cranberry Cascheese. I went for these as they were emulating my favourites from before I went vegan, and both were honestly great, but I especially loved the cranberry cascheese.
Pips share which upcoming events they will be attending on their socials, and as I have mentioned, they also have a website that you can purchase their award winning products from. They also have a cheeseclub that includes a few different subscription box options. If you’re into your artisanal cheese or even really miss good cheese since becoming vegan, then Pips is
undoubtedly worth your time and money. 🧀💛
