Delicious Stir-Fried Noodles - Edit

Me😄I went to Pho Truong and ordered the Hu Tieu Xao Dau Hu (stir-fried rice noodles with tofu and vegetables) and Goi Cuon Dau Hu (Tofu Spring Rolls). I’d skip the spring rolls next time, but the stir-fried rice noodles were so good! I can’t wait to go back and try the Pho Chay.
The food was great, the staff was so kind and there are a lot of menu options specified as vegan

5 star reviews are only allowed for fully vegan restaurants, but this deserves all the praise! It’s so hard to find a good vegan pho! Most pho places use an animal based broth. I had the vegan pho twice and it’s really delicious. It’s a family owned restaurant and I love supporting small businesses. Definitely recommend!

This place has great service and a small vegan only section on the menu. The pho was delicious! We also got vegan spring rolls, which were plain but still good.
