Vegan pho

I ordered the vegetable tofu pho with veggie broth. They give really big portions which is nice. I thought the vegan pho was just fine. It was a basic veggie broth. I wish it had more depth/richness and spiced like a typical pho would be. I probably wouldn’t get their pho again but I would like to try their other vegan dishes.
