Serves meat, vegan options available. Has a vegetarian menu list with tofu as an alternative to meat and a mushroom broth for pho. A few fresh squeezed juices. Nice atmosphere, fast service. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Great Vietnamese Spot! - Edit
The restaurant does not have a menu clearly marked with vegan options, but are very accommodating with special requests. As long as they have the ingredients on the menu, they will make it for you. They do have an entire vegetarian menu, with plenty of options. As well as a few juice options. The atmosphere is laid back, with the seat- yourself service. Very clean, and fast service. Excellent Vietnamese food for Anchorage. As a foodist, I highly recommend it.
