Immensely Disappointing - Edit

Had the only vegan item - pho. Worst pho I’ve ever had. Not really pho at all. Bland broth, undercooked noodles, and strange picked cabbages. Skip this place.

Fresh food - Edit

I used to eat here all the time before I was vegan and the food has always been very fresh and flavorful. I came back recently to see what vegan options they had and was surprised that they had a vegan pho! It was not super flavorful, but it was very tasty and filling. It consists of a mushroom based broth, rice noodles, and tons of veggies. They also have amazing fresh spring rolls and although there wasn’t a specifically veggie menu, I did see lots of options to sub tofu. I would say that the only downside is that the service could have been a little better and I wish they had more clearly marked vegetarian and vegan options.

Pros: Has vegan pho, Fresh ingredients

Cons: No exclusively veggie menu, Service could be better

Great Vietnamese Spot! - Edit

The restaurant does not have a menu clearly marked with vegan options, but are very accommodating with special requests. As long as they have the ingredients on the menu, they will make it for you. They do have an entire vegetarian menu, with plenty of options. As well as a few juice options. The atmosphere is laid back, with the seat- yourself service. Very clean, and fast service. Excellent Vietnamese food for Anchorage. As a foodist, I highly recommend it.
